So I’ve caught the travel bug pretty bad, and even nine months living in Belfast and three months exploring Europe hasn’t got it out of my system! I don’t really have the funds to go on some grand adventure, and I also don’t particularly feel like packing up my life, leaving my hard-earned job and moving to the other side of the world for the THIRD time. So how can I still go on amazing adventures without doing all of this?
Then it hit me, where I live – Port Macquarie – is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the east coast of Australia! So why can’t I revisit all the places that make Port Macquarie so popular, and keep the travel bug alive? And Voilà welcome to my Mini-Series…
Don’t worry, I’m still going to keep writing about my amazing adventures to places in Europe, budget travel and backpacker tips. Even if you’re not particularly interested in the tourism that Port Macquarie has to offer, it’s a good way to see how you can still explore new places without even leaving your hometown!
Here are my current posts on Port Macquarie
